Payment methods
For online payment by credit card, no administration cost will be charged. An administration cost of € 25 will only be charged if payment is done through bankwire. Please note that payment must be received at least two weeks before the course starts.
Cancellation policy
Only 50% of the course fee will be refunded if a written cancellation is received before 31 December 2014. No refunds will be possible after 31 December 2014. Substitutions by a colleague working at the same institution may be made up to 3 weeks before the course starts. An administration cost of € 95 will be charged for substitutions.
